Search the problem, not the CV
Most talent tools search skill tags, which tells you what somebody listed rather than what they have done. This searches concrete pieces of work: every profile is a set of technical problems the engineer solved, with the scale and the outcome kept intact. So you can ask for what you actually need.

That returns engineers who have genuinely done it — not everyone who lists React Native.
Anonymised by design
No names, employers or contact details. You see the work, the seniority and the cost. Identities are exchanged only once both sides agree.
Honest about gaps
If nothing in the pool fits, it says so instead of padding the list — and offers a free bespoke search instead.

Installing it
Claude Desktop
- Download the extension
- Open Settings → Extensions → Advanced settings → Install Extension… and choose the downloaded file
- Restart Claude Desktop, then ask it to find you an engineer
You can search immediately without an account. Signing in with a work email unlocks full result sets and individual profiles.

Signing in uses Google, Microsoft or GitHub and needs a company email address. We receive your email address and nothing else; no password ever reaches us. It is free and takes a moment.

What does it cost?
The tool is free, with no usage cap. HI Technology & Innovation charges a single monthly rate per engineer, and only if you hire one.
Why can't I see names?
Profiles are anonymised so engineers can be represented without their current employer knowing they are open to a conversation. Details are exchanged after an introduction is agreed by both sides.
Who can use it?
Anyone can search. Full access needs a company email address — free-mail and disposable addresses are not accepted.
