What HI Technology Talent MCP collects, why it collects it, and what it never does.
If you sign in
Signing in uses Google, Microsoft or GitHub. We receive your email address only. We never see your password, and we ask for no access to your files, contacts, calendar, or repositories.
Your email address identifies your organisation, so colleagues share one account and so we can reply to an introduction you request. It is not sold, shared, or added to marketing lists.
What we record when you use it

You can search without signing in, in which case queries are recorded with no identity attached.
Engineer profiles
Profiles are pseudonymised before they become searchable. Names, contact details, employers, project names and CVs are never returned by this service. An engineer's identity is shared with a client only after an introduction is agreed by both sides.
Engineers may ask HI Technology & Innovation at any time to see the profile held about them, to correct it, or to have it withdrawn from search.
What we never do
- Contact an engineer on your behalf without HI Technology & Innovation involved
- Tell engineers in the pool who has been searching for what
- Sell or share your data with third parties
- Use your queries to train external AI models
Processors
Search uses OpenAI to interpret queries; query text is sent to them for that purpose and is not used to train their models. Profile and lead data is stored on servers in the EU. Introduction requests are recorded in HI Technology & Innovation's CRM.
Retention
Query logs are kept for 12 months. Introduction requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires. Access tokens expire, and can be revoked at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
